Yeppo

Yeppo Privacy Policy

Yeppo uses the photos selected by the user only to generate consultation reference images.

Face data: The face data handled by Yeppo includes the user's own face photo selected inside the app, the reference image selected by the user, the face parts selected by the user, and the AI-generated consultation reference image. Yeppo does not use face data for facial recognition, identity verification, diagnosis, treatment, procedure recommendations, or prediction of procedure results.

Purpose of use: Face data is used to generate a consultation reference image that naturally reflects the impression of the selected face parts in the direction of the reference image, to display that image in the app, and to save it in the on-device history so the user can view it later. If Apple provides an email address during Sign in with Apple, Yeppo uses it for account identification and support.

Third-party sharing: To generate images, images selected by the user may be sent through Yeppo's backend to the Gemini image generation API provided by Google LLC, a United States company. In the app, this is described as an external image generation processing service, and this policy identifies the processing provider as Google LLC. Yeppo does not sell face data and does not use uploaded images to train Yeppo models. Google also does not use the face data to train Google's generative models.

Storage location: In the current version, uploaded face photos and reference images are not persistently stored on Yeppo servers. The generated image is returned to the app and stored in the on-device history. If the user saves the image to the photo library or shares it, it is managed by the user's device and the selected sharing destination.

Retention: Uploaded images are processed only for the time needed to complete image generation and are not persistently stored on Yeppo servers. To prevent duplicate credit consumption for the same generation request, the generated result may be stored in a short-lived temporary cache. This temporary cache expires after a short period. On-device history is retained until the user deletes it, deletes the account, or removes the app.

Account deletion: Users can start account deletion from the Settings screen in the app. After deletion, Yeppo deletes the server-side account identifier, Apple ID linkage data, email address, and credit information, and clears the local in-app history and authentication information.
